Mission Statement KZSC is a non-commercial educational radio statoin dedicated to providing alternative news and music to the community at large, outreach to minority groups not traditionally represented in media. KZSC is also a training ground for students interested in careers in broadcast journalism.
Volunteer Duties Volunteers are actively involved in the day-to-day operation of the station by working with the station's Music Department by processing CD's, assisting at special events, conducting listener research, promoting membership and development and providing administrative support to staff, learning to become reporters, producing public affairs programming and volunteers have the option to work towards becoming a DJ on air.
